Ordered items from stock are usually shipped the same day, for orders placed before 13:00. Edited items may take longer.
Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kadopapier.net. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label,
You can stick this on the package and then drop the package off at a GLS point. Items that are returned to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the Netherlands, the shipping of your goods may take longer than expected.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the problem.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 days cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it unused, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you so that we can let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
